That said, second item slots are really nice to have, especially once you start knocking out a bunch of experimental Proving Grounds projects and getting things like Dragon Rounds ammo, Stasis Vests, etc. Unfortunately, you can't use that second slot to carry a second grenade, but there are lots of great things you can put in there.
